About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Class D Security Officer to join our team for a roving patrol position at a condominium community in Aventura, FL. The position involves patrolling the property in a golf cart, and marked security vehicle monitoring common areas such as the pool, fitness center, and restrooms, and enforcing parking regulations. Position also includes working the front gate processing a vetting visitors. You will work along side another officer all shift, were you will alternative front gate and rover duties. The ideal candidate will be attentive, professional, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct roving patrols of common areas (pool, fitness center, restrooms, etc.)
Enforce parking regulations and issue warnings or violations as needed
Monitor property and report any suspicious activities or safety concerns
Provide a visible security presence and assist residents with concerns
Requirements:
Valid Class D Security License
Excellent communication skills
Ability to patrol on foot or via golf cart
Attention to detail and strong observational skills
