About the Role
Position Overview:
We are hiring a professional Security Officer to cover two separate residential community assignments within the same area. The position may rotate between a gatehouse access-control post and a mobile patrol post within an open community. The ideal candidate is attentive, customer-service oriented, and comfortable working independently.
Post 1: Guardhouse / Access Control
Staff a residential gatehouse and screen all visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
Verify authorization and announce visitors to residents before granting access.
Maintain accurate visitor logs and follow established entry protocols.
Provide professional customer service to residents and guests.
No patrolling required at this location.
Post 2: Mobile Patrol – Open Community
Conduct continuous patrols of the community using a marked company vehicle.
Monitor for suspicious activity, safety concerns, or rule violations.
Issue and document parking violations for vehicles not in compliance with community regulations.
Complete daily activity and incident reports as needed.
Maintain a high-visibility presence to deter unauthorized activity.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Valid Class D Security License (required).
Clean Driver's License with a safe driving record (required).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, visitors, and vendors.
A commitment to maintaining the safety and security of the community.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to role rotation during shifts.
