About the Role
Execupro Protective Services is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Security Officer to join our team at a small, quiet residential community.
This is a primarily golf cart patrol position within a welcoming neighborhood. Responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, monitoring parking areas, checking community amenities, and assisting residents and visitors when needed.
We are looking for someone who is observant, approachable, comfortable using technology, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine golf cart patrols throughout the residential community.
Monitor common areas, including the swimming pool, children's playground, tennis courts, and clubhouse surroundings.
Monitor approximately 30 designated visitor parking spaces to ensure vehicles comply with community parking time limits.
Enforce community restrictions regarding overnight street parking.
Periodically check the community entrance and assist residents or visitors when traffic backs up or the tele-entry system experiences difficulties.
Identify and report security-related maintenance concerns, such as malfunctioning exterior lights, damaged gates, or potential safety hazards.
Prepare accurate daily activity reports, parking violations, and incident reports using company-provided mobile applications.
Maintain a friendly, visible, and professional presence throughout the community.
Communicate with company supervisors and property management when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Florida Class D Security License – Required.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record – Required.
Must be comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications.
Ability to complete reports, document incidents, and perform daily duties using a company-issued phone.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
Previous residential security or golf cart patrol experience preferred.
Technology Requirements
All daily activities are managed electronically using a company-issued smartphone.
Applicants must be comfortable navigating mobile applications to complete patrols, document parking violations, submit reports, and communicate with supervisors.
Basic smartphone proficiency is essential for this position.
